Water Rate Increases in 2026

At the November 4 Town Council Meeting, Council approved Ordinance 10-25, Series of 2025 to increase the water and sewer fees in 2026. This fee increase is to ensure that costs associated with providing certain services are covered by the appropriate fees. Beginning January 1, 2026 water fees will increase 21.00% for the water volume charge, and sewer fees will increase 2.55% for the addition of a new capitol fee in the Sewer Operating Fund. The increase will be reflected in the February 1 billing.
