The 2026 Non-Profit In-Kind Donation Application is Now Open!

Post Date:01/05/2026 12:23 PM

The Town of Dillon is pleased to announce that the 2026 Town of Dillon Non-Profit Donation Application is now open for in-kind requests. All in-kind (free or discounted) services or products, including free/in-kind use of or partnership with the Dillon Amphitheater, Marina Park Pavilion, Town Park, Dillon Marina, etc., must be requested through the online Town of Dillon In-Kind Donation Application. This is the only opportunity annually to request in-kind services or donations from the Town of Dillon.

The Town of Dillon looks forward to continuing its annual collaboration with local non-profits, and continuing into 2026, selected non-profits will be chosen as beneficiaries of our Mountain Music Monday Free Concert Series. The Mountain Music Monday Free Concert Series, a staple of Dillon’s summer event calendar, will feature a lineup of talented local artists as well as nationally renowned touring acts. What makes the series even more special is the Town’s partnership with local non-profits, turning concerts into impactful fundraising opportunities. In 2025, the Town successfully raised over $25,000 for local non-profits through the beneficiary program.

Local non-profits are invited to join with the Town of Dillon in making Mountain Music Mondays a success. Participating non-profits will be responsible for marketing and promoting the event within their networks and communities. In return, non-profits will receive one dollar from every beer and wine sale during the event, and an opportunity to have a tent/table at the event to raise awareness of each non-profit’s mission. This provides an excellent opportunity for organizations to raise funds while enjoying an evening of live music and community spirit.

How non-profits can get involved:

Apply: Non-profits who are interested in requesting in-kind donations including being considered for the Mountain Music Monday beneficiary program, can apply using the in-kind grant application due by February 28, 2026. This form can be found at townofdillon.com/grants2026.

Selection: Non-profits will be selected by the Town of Dillon in-kind grant selection committee. The in-kind grant selection committee will only consider requests from non-profit organizations that can demonstrate a benefit to the residents of the Town of Dillon. The in-kind grant selection committee will use the following criteria in determining in-kind donations for 2026:

  • Is the applicant located in the Town of Dillon?
  • Does the applicant’s request directly benefit Dillon and its community members?
  • Does the applicant’s request benefit communities in Summit County?
  • Is the program responsibly managed with a consistent revenue stream, providing sustainability?
  • Is the applicant’s request aligned with Dillon’s Vision and one or more of Town Council’s Public Policy goals?
    • Community - The Town of Dillon values proactive engagement of our residents, businesses, visitors and local/regional partners to promote a positive sense of community.
    • Revitalization - The Town of Dillon promotes community revitalization and supports sustainable development of a thriving and vital community.
    • Amenities - The Town of Dillon supports cultural, recreational and educational amenities and opportunities that enhance the Town’s unique qualities.
    • Stewardship of our Future - The Town of Dillon provides conscientious stewardship of Dillon’s resources.

Please note that this application is not for monetary donation requests. Those are requested through a separate, countywide program that opens in June for the 2027 calendar year.
