The WATERVIEW Project
Located at 240 Lake Dillon Drive. The Waterview Planned Unit Development (PUD) is a mixed-use development that will include 80 condominium units, a private fitness center, with a community room, a prominent ground level restaurant, and associated onsite parking contained within a two level parking garage below the residential and commercial units.
This project was approved by the Dillon Town Council back in 2018. Unfortunately the project formerly known as Uptown 240 stalled out during the Pandemic. A new developer has acquired the project and brought the plan set in conformance with the new Building Codes adopted after the pandemic.
The project is anticipated to move forward in the Spring of 2026.
