Current Planning

• Skyline Apartments - 312 Dillon Ridge Road - An application for a Level IV Development application for a proposed Planned Unit Development for the Skyline Apartments.  The proposed Skyline Apartments PUD would redevelop the approximately 4.1-acre existing cinema site with 150 for-rent homes in three buildings. The project includes demolition of the cinema, utility improvements, 192 surface parking spaces, and additional garage parking. All units would be for rent, with the developer voluntarily proposing 20% as deed-restricted local workforce housing.

The applicant is proposing residential redevelopment adjacent to the existing Dillon Ridge Apartments. A 100% multi-family residential use may be considered through the PUD process, but it must meet the Town's applicable PUD criteria, generally conform with the Town of Dillon’s Comprehensive Plan, complement surrounding development, and meet applicable multi-family residential standards. The application is under review.

• Waterview - 240 Lake Dillon Drive - The Waterview Planned Unit Development (PUD) is a mixed-use development that will include 80 condominium units, a private fitness center, with a community room, a prominent ground level restaurant, and associated onsite parking contained within a two level parking garage below the residential and commercial units. 

This project was approved by the Dillon Town Council back in 2018.  Unfortunately the project formerly known as Uptown 240 stalled out during the Pandemic.  A new developer has acquired the project and brought the plan set in conformance with the new Building Codes adopted after the pandemic.
