Mission Statement
The mission of PRAC is to protect, improve, and promote our parks and open space for present and future generations. The various park and open space amenities including art and culture are an integral part of the Town.
Meetings and Agendas
The Parks, Recreation, Art, & Cemetery Committee meets the first Monday of every month at 5 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers of the Town of Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Dr. PRAC Committee meetings are open to the public.

History
2002 - The Town Council established a Dillon Cemetery Advisory Committee to make recommendations to the Council regarding all aspects of the cemetery's administration and maintenance
2005 - The Town Council established the Parks and Recreation Committee for the purposes of making recommendations to the Council regarding planning, maintenance, and capital spending on parks and open space within the Town.
2020 - The Town Council combined the Dillion Cemetery Advisory Committee and Parks and Recreation Committee's to form the Parks, Recreation, Arts and Cemetery Committee. The Committee is advisory in nature and no decision of the Committee is binding on the Town Council.
Membership
The Committee shall strive to maintain a five member citizen advisory panel appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the Town Council. Appointments to the Committee shall be made by the Town Council for two year terms. The Town Council shall also appoint one member of the Town Council to serve as ex-officio members to the Committee who shall serve a one year term.
